These General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Products (“Sales Terms”) apply to the sale of Cabin Creek Supply products (“Products”) to customer (“Customer”). Cabin Creek Supply’s offer to sell Products to Customer, and Cabin Creek Supply’s acknowledgment of any purchase order or other Customer document (“Order”) is expressly limited to, and expressly conditioned on the Customer’s acceptance of these Sales Terms. The applicability of terms contained in the Customer’s Order is limited to the identification and the quantity of Products ordered. Cabin Creek Supply objects to and rejects all other Customer terms, in any form, that are different from or additional to these Sales Terms.
Conditions for Sale of Products:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Interac E-Transfer (EMT) securely accepted. While every effort is made to include accurate and correct images, descriptions and pricing for all products, inadvertent errors may occur. Cabin Creek Supply reserves the right to modify or change pricing information or descriptions without notice.
