We don’t just build knives for life, we help you maintain them for life, too. LifeSharp is our lifetime maintenance program available to all owners of authentic Benchmade knives. Whether your knife needs a fresh edge or a full tune-up, we’ll clean, oil, sharpen, and adjust it to factory specifications.
The service itself is always free.
Lifetime Warranty HOW IT WORKS
1 - SEND YOUR KNIFE IN
Submit your claim and we will send you packaging from Benchmade. Submit up to 5 knives per order (some restrictions apply).
$10 Shipping Fee: Covers packaging materials and a prepaid shipping label. We'll cover the rest!
2 - Service, Assess, and Repair
Once your knife lands at our factory in Oregon City, USA, it's carefully evaluated by our warranty team. We'll determine what needs to be done and repair or replace it with precision and speed. All services include sharpening, cleaning and oiling as a standard.
3 - WE RETURN TO YOU
Once sharpened, we will ship your knife back to you, free of charge.
