Limited Lifetime Knife and Tool Warranty
CRKT® knives and tools are warranted for life to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original consumer owns the product. If one of our knives or tools ever breaks or fails because of material or manufacturing defect, at CRKT’s option the product will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value.
Coverage ends if you sell or otherwise transfer the product to someone else, or if your CRKT® product is modified in any way. The CRKT® Limited Lifetime Warranty only applies to genuine CRKT® products.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, breakage or failure due to abuse, misuse or failure to maintain the knife or tool, or cosmetic damage to or loss of the product. Misuse of your CRKT® product can cause serious injury or even death.
Failure to properly maintain your CRKT® product also may cause its mechanisms to not function properly, which could result in injury or damage to the product.
This express warranty is in lieu of and supersedes any implied warranties. CRKT® shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or consequential damages, so these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Accessory Warranty
CRKT® accessories, including deployment systems, carry systems, and sharpeners, have a one-year limited warranty against defects in material or manufacturing.
LED Light Warranty
CRKT® products which contain an LED flashlight, the light mechanism has a 90-day limited warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material or manufacturing. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

How to Send Your CRKT® Products in for Warranty
If you have a problem with a CRKT® knife, tool, or accessory, which is the result of a defect in materials or workmanship per the warranty statements above, here is how to return it to us:
Securely package your tool.
